Isaac and Jason from Royal Tide Property Wash did an outstanding job cleaning and sealing the pavers on our lanai and outdoor patio. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and clearly take pride in their work. They thoroughly cleaned the pavers, removing years of dirt and buildup, and the sealing process brought everything back to life—the color looks rich and vibrant again, and the entire space feels refreshed. They paid close attention to detail and made sure everything was done right, not rushed. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they left the area spotless when they were finished. It’s obvious they care about customer satisfaction and quality results. Highly recommend Isaac and Jason if you want your outdoor space to look its absolute best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had Royal Tide Property Wash handle a full exterior soft wash, driveway, and window cleaning. Booking was straightforward and they were at the house within 48 hours. They stayed in communication the entire time and were quick to respond to anything that came up. I made things difficult by accidentally leaving a window open and the lanai locked while I was an hour away. They didn’t push back or cut corners. Just handled it and sent another crew out to finish the job properly. Pricing was more than fair and the end result speaks for itself. Easy recommendation if you want the job done right without hassle.

Jason & Isaac did on awesome job on my house. They went above and beyond on my roof (looks new again), gutters and house. I would highly recommend Royal Tide Wash and will absolutely use their services again!

Marco and his team did an exceptional job. He came to our house to explain what he was going to do and how it would be done. No surprises, no pressure whatsoever. The two guys assigned to our job, Jason and Isaac, did an outstanding job. They power washed our house and “cage” for the pool. They soft washed all of our exterior windows and let them dry naturally without using a squeegee. They were spotless. They cleaned our pavers around the pool and then sealed them. Everything was thoroughly cleaned. These guys knew what they were doing and were courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. Nothing was damaged and nothing was overlooked. They had great communication and people skills. These guys are/were very good. Customer service was phenomenal. Thanks again for a great job guys, much appreciated. Bill & Mary Stichter

Extremely happy with the excellent job done today by Isaac and his crew on powerwashing and sealing my lanai pavers as well as removing mold from other external areas. They were prompt, polite and thorough and kept me updated on the process and progress. I highly recommend their work.
